urgh

I've been in a funk when it comes to making things. I've been on the edge and haven't been able to focus.
Now, I'm attempting to get a restraining order on my father-in-law, and I may have to go stay with my mother in the next town because I fear for my life.
If things don't start getting better I may go on a hiatus.

Holidaze

Thank God the holidays are almost over. I wish they were more spread out through the year. All of them are packed into a 4 month period.
October: Halloween
November: Turkey Day
December: Christmas
January: New Years / My birthday :D

I've been so overwhelmed with the stuff going on that I haven't really done anything for my shop!
Oh, and I recently found out the glaze I was using for my charms has started getting sticky ... great! Now I have to figure out if I can re-glaze all the charms I've made or if I have to remake them all. Epic fail there.

Life update:
I've been rather lazy lately just because a lot outside of my normal life has been going on.
•Cliff's company Christmas party ... open bar, oh yeah <3
•I have alopecia D: Found that out last night. It's not bad .... just a spot on the back of my head. The rest of my hair covers it, but it still sucks 'cause I wanted to cut my hair short again, but I can't till it grows back. If it gets worse and/or doesn't grow back I'll just shave my head! xD


Business Update:
I've been obsessing over polymer clay, if that isn't apparent :P Miniature food is my favorite to make, 'cause it's sooooo tinnny and cuteeee! Super kawaii!

As soon as I have two pages worth of items listed on Etsy I'm gonna go through and retake allll my pictures. They're decent, just okay, right now; but I need BAM! WOW! pictures.
If anyone has advice on that I'd appreciate it :D

Working, or not!

I've been really busy lately, but not with what I should be! XD
Sewing has been pushed aside unintentionally only to be replaced with movies and video games.

I tell myself that's soon to stop!
And I guess it has kind of. I've been making little clutches out of this majorly adorable fortune cookie fabric and arm warmers out of Hello Kitty fleece and blue felt.

My sewing corner has taken over nearly the whole living room now o_o;; I need to get moved in to the bedroom where my desk is so I don't have to sit on the floor cross legged to sew anymore!

First post, and Nerd Pouches!

Woo, so I decided to start a blog about my creations!
I decided to really start selling the items I make when my health started failing to the point I had trouble going to work. While I was at home I would sew.
Finally I decided that I would start a small business of selling what I created.

I've been making things that I call "Nerd Pouches". I got the idea when I first heard about Dungeons and Dragons when I was 15. They needed a place to put their dice! I never got around to making them until quite recently. They're really fun to make and so far people have loved the idea :D
I'll add pictures later once I get a few more made, and have natural light. Being nocturnal isn't a good thing.
